At Plantify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns on plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@tryplantify.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at info@tryplantify.store to arrange this.
